What could we do to improve?

Last two orders there was barely any sauce on the boned in wings. This didn’t use to be the case. Also, the East Coast Wings app does not allow you to leave a tip for the delivery driver. Very inconvenient since I hardly ever carry cash these days.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

2/26/2024. Service was very slow. Waited a long time for our orders of wings. Just my wife and I. Finally got food and it was room temperature. Had to ask for silverware and remind about the celery and carrots and ranch. Took most of it home because it was cold.
