I enjoy the Thursday wing special! The convenience of placing an online order and picking up up is an added perk. It is always ready when I arrive for pickup!
Great waitress every time
Time before this one, I did not receive a survey,
Manager came around the corner and made a face at me and rolled his eyes, because I had pulled the blind down to protect my eyes from the sun. It was about 2 weeks ago and the dining room was nasty. Floor had food all over and under the booths. They had been open for about 30 mins. It was disgusting.
Wings were great. Crispy like we ordered them and just the right amount of sauce. I hate when wings are swimming in a pool of goo. These were great
The app is great except you can't order chicken strips without sauce. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Service was great.
The food and service were excellent. I look forward to a return visit.
I’ve eating wings everywhere as they are my favorite food, East Coast Wings has the best wings from anywhere, hands down. I regret not getting wings from there when I try a new place. East Coast Wings never disappoint.

Ordered online and the whole process went flawless!!!
Honestly, the take out lady wasn’t very nice. Over the last few months she’s gone from being bubbly to sad and it shows. My order was suppose to be ready at a certain time and I still had to wait 30 mins. When I asked the take out lady her only response was “ would you like to talk to a manager”. I don’t wish to get this lady in trouble but I have seen her go from happy to sad and am maybe worried about her. :(

Our food has been cold the last two times we have been there. We may not go back. The chips were too hard and cold! My husband's burger was cold and so was my boneless chicken wings. The only thing hot was my husband's tater tots. The waitresses are wonderful though. They tried to fix things, but we did not have time to wait for them to cook our food again. Your tea is usually the best in town. So, thanks for asking.

Points discount! Unfortunately I was feeling I’ll and wound up at the hospital later that evening. I only ate two bites, my had to rush her food and bit her lip, so could only honestly brag about the discount. Don’t worry we love the food and service at ECW so we will be back when we are both a able to relax and enjoy it the real ECW way we have come to love.

Waitress- waiter- had AirPods in the WHOLE time. Had to repeat my self to them multiple times. Very slow service. Used to be better in the past, very disappointed after last night.

But everytime I wings that are missing sauce! I know I get 25 at a time but please find a way that every wing gets sauce on them

The waitress was great. She was attentive but not over bearing and she provided above and beyond service.
First, I could not get my order through the online ordering. Secondly, when I called to inform the person on the phone that I could not get my order through the online ordering, service, she put me on hold and never returned, which means that I had to hang up and call back to place the order of which I had already lost time waiting for the first person that answered the phone and placing my order with the second person.
Wings were on point.
Normally it's extremely good , but in first time in 14 years I wasn't 100% satisfied. The salad was missing it's normal tomatoes and onions. I ordered two items asked for extra tortillas never got that either. I even went back because drink was wrong. Thomasville East Coast Wings is still the best in the Tri City area.

A couple of the larger wings were a little undercooked
The tenders were very greasy. I didn't taste any of the Buffalo sauce. They weren't as good as they used to be. Had driven from Davidson because I have enjoyed your location in the past. Otherwise all was good especially customer service.
