How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The last 3 times my wife and I have ordered take out from ECW her order has been made incorrectly and each time the hostess would try to place the blame on my wife or myself for not being specific. I know for a fact that I'm each instance we told the person taking the order at least 3 times how we wished for her sandwich to be cooked. I find that rather insulting. The management team needs to step up and get the orders correct and educate the staff to not talk down to the customers but to make the situation right. We were not even offered a discount on our order or anything.

What could we do to improve?

The restaurant was busy and the wait team was overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with all the orders and requests. The food was good but the waitress never came around to refill my drink or ask if we needed anything. I had to wait 15 minutes to get a take out box and the check.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I've eaten there probably eight or so times, and I've tried bone in wings several times, but I'm always disappointed. Last night the bone in wings were hard and dry. I ate only two and brought the rest home and threw them out. They were too hard and chewy. My husband liked his boneless ones. The homemade chips and pub bites and beer cheese were great. I just need to order something other than bone in wings.
