Dramatic improvement in food uslity and service.
Best wings I’ve ever had
Even dining in our orders are frequently incorrect. The managers do an excellent job rectifying the kitchens mistakes, but especially when I pick my food up to bring home and eat, it's highly disappointing to get an incorrect meal.

Better atmosphere. Don't put wings/tenders on paper in a tin. It soaks thru.
The wings
I enjoyed and my wife enjoyed the salads that we ordered last night. In previous visits when I ordered wings, the buffalo sauce on my medium wings didn't have a lot of flavor. I really like wings, but for, that issue needs to improve. Thanks

Pretty pricey for wings. Love you have lunch special but to add a flavor it's more money.
I came at lunch time and the restaurant was about half full. Got seated and waited over 10 minutes for a server to come up to me. The server didn’t say hello but told me he’d be with me eventually you saying “You came at a bad time”. Another 10 mins before drink order. Food is good, service could use a little work. Delays happen, but the way they are expressed matter

The sauces was not applied to our garlic Parmesan wings. We got home and it was only wings with a little bit of parmesan on them. Also, i attempted to use my $10 rewards certificate that i received for my birthday and the lady at the front told me she applied it. When i got to my car, i looked at the receipt only to find out it wasnt applied. I go back into the restaurant and the system wouldnt validate my coupon. I was told i would get a call back by the manager but its been a week and havent heard back.
Food was really good. Our server was good. We had to catch him a time or two to refill our glasses, but otherwise all was good.

Our food was great. Sarah our server, she’s the best!!!
Ordered the 5 wing bone in with side lunch special. Received 7 wings at regular price with a side and charged for normal meal. Wanted lunch special. Not many customers there but meal took a long time. Tea refilled one time and sat empty for rest of meal. Disappointed. Will try again with hopefully different results.

Every time I visit at this location, I either get terrible service, sub par food, or both. I visited this past Wednesday and the service was good, but the food was terrible. I order the EXACT same thing every time that I go there and it is never the same. The bone in drum wings were very slimy and not fully cooked like I have come to enjoy there. The jalapeno sauce on my wings was barely there at all. I keep coming back because when the food and service is right, it is great. It is just a shame that no one will take the time to fix the many problems at this restaurant. That will be the last time that I visit this store. I have had enough...
