Slow service, slow kitchen, tickets/orders wrong
Friendly staff, good food. Sometimes service is slow at lunchtime with less than 20 customers in restaurant.

I like a couple servers Tiffany and Ashlee. They are great. The food is usually great. Sometimes it's hit or miss but I love the chips with ranch!
We really love the food, but there always seems to be an issue with the take-out. It's never ready when we get there and then it's usually not correct. Most often it's the sauces we paid extra for that are missing.
When we eat-in we usually have a better experience.

Orders are never correct, service is slow. Mistakes about food are always blamed on “the kitchen” and that it’s “crazy back there.” We used to love the food (still do) but can only dine there when we have a few hours to spend. We would probably eat here once a week if orders were correct, we weren’t always waiting on someone’s food to come out or back out correctly, or some other excuse. Servers are nice. You have that and a good menu going for you!
Been here a few times now since it opened and the service is very slow.
