The service is performed when informed that it will be. The service personnel do a good job in applying the lawn care products without any interaction on my part.

Lawn is so much prettier than the lawns on either side of me. Weed free (mostly) an occasional rascal pops up but gets taken care of.

He is only rep that calls before his visit and does not have to be reminded about a special area application that has to be serviced on every TruGreen visit. Displays a definite interest in my lawn and is always ready to provide me with any info that I may request on the application process. Allan should be considered an Asset type employee forTruGreen.

Well when consistently get the same tech who we like to work with on our yard we are very happy. When they call when they are on their way we are very happy.
