The Service tech James Graham does a superb job on the treatment steps done on our yard. He is very pleasant and does not try to cheat you on your service step that so many of your other techs have done and we have to call back for a reservice step. He does an excellent job on service steps covering all our yard.

2/9/22. We discussed all the issues that had occurred, she explained many policy’s and procedures I was not aware of , she corrected mistakes made and helped me better understand how and what the services I had contracted for would be provided. She was OUTSTANDING!
The initial call I made to customer service on the 9th was extremely unpleasant and very very poor representation of your company.
Everyone I have spoken to since the initial call referred to , either in person or phone was excellent. I sincerely appreciate the timely call back by Ms. Hudson this morning. Again, she was terrific! I look forward to enjoying the fruits of your great lawn reputation I have heard about from other customers.
