The gentleman that came out to the house was terrific, very thorough, very polite, and did a very good job! I sure hope the next time I have the service done he will be the one to come out.
I rate service a 10 only if James Graham does the service. He is an excellent service technician, very polite and does a great job when doing the service step. He covers the complete yard when doing the step. We have had many service technicians that do not cover the complete yard and I have had to call for reservice steps.
