My yard looks amazing in just a short 2 summers! I have had quick responses on questions I've had. Technicians are quick in and out. This is my first year to participate in the mosquito prevention program and I feel this is working effectively. I'm not nearly so worried when my grandchildren are here.

Took care of the issues we had with the billing department being extremely rude so our local office called to apologize for the bad customer service and resolved the issue.

We absolutely love our technician. We have a dog that wouldn't hurt a flea, but barks like a killer. Ever since we've used TruGreen, we have requested service early in the morning before we go to work or later in the afternoon so someone can put the dog in the garage. We want to eliminate the dog bothering the technician by barking and the stress to our dog caused by someone in his domain. Our current technician is the only one that consistently comes at those times. He is courteous and cleans up any spills he makes in the street. Love him!

I have had a problem with TruGreen for about a month now. I have contacted numerous people about this. I called customer service. I had a person call and ask if I wanted mosquito service and I even expressed my disappointment and issue with TruGreen then also. Everything I tried to do went unanswered until Darlene read my online survey response. She called me within 24 hours and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. Thanks to her service I have decided to continue my TruGreen monthly lawn service. Without her working to resolve TruGreen's issues you would have lost a customer for life. Thanks, Darlene. I appreciate your sincere help.
