Your products work ! However it seems that your firm has a problem with appointment schedules? I have pets, requested a phone call prior to service, since initial service date way back at the beginning!!! It used to be every time without fail, now it no longer is happening? My former technician is no longer around, he never missed! My grass looks great this summer so far. Your service is fine, and I will continue to use your program!

Have had your service for many years. The lawn, in the front, is weed free and fertilized and green, but should be greener than it is.

The back has really been pretty in the past few years, this year it needed something, some problems so asked tech guy to look at it and try to evaluate it. Is looking better but still some bare spots, etc.

One thing on the back, last year in the Fall I mulched sycamore leaves 4-5 times onto the lawn and I wonder if that was just too much leaf mulch on it.

Have always been able to call them back if application didn't do what wanted it to.

Thru the years have gone thru different management and people applying the product, the MANAGEMENT is of utmost importance. Once in awhile there is one not so good.

The first treatment has made a wonderful difference in the lawn!

You guys have always done a great job. I have recommended you to many people. The only issue I have is that I would like to be notified the day before you do any work at my place. Example was you were there yesterday and I did not know you would be. I will also say you always shut the gate behind you except for yesterday. My wife has a couple of dogs and if they get out you will be hearing from her-not good for you!

Very seldom have weeds and when I do you come out and kill them.

The advance notice of service and if you do have an issue they typically send someone back out to perform added services or applications. The only issue I have with TruGreen is that this year my lawn does not look good at all even with the recent applications and plenty of rain fall. The Weed issue has been addressed but the coloring and fill in of bald places or different areas around my lawn is not good especially this far into the spring and early summer. Can there be any kind of analysis done to see if there is a soil problem or possible a build up of too much fertilizer from the TruGreen Service. I have heard of this and have been told that you can get a over load of Nitrogen in the soil and then you have to constantly feed the grass. Service is always great and technicians are always thorough and timely. The service I get from the Broken Arrow Offices is also incredible and I have spoken with a Darlene at this office since I first join Tru Green and she is wonderful to work with and so helpful. I have had issues in the past with services either not being done or having to stop services due to financial issues and the company has fixed issues or worked with me. Their phone representatives have been very polite on every occasion.
