I like the fact that I get a notification of upcoming visits to treat the lawn. In addition all of the service people have been polite and willing to answer questions, give me information about what they see in the lawn and the purpose of the treatments. When I am not home they leave me a written message. I have had several service people working on my lawn but the last was Jamie Harris.

Service was conducted on 28 Jul 22. Unfortunately, I was not available to discuss plan of attack for any questionable areas of concern. I was however provided an excellent summary of what Paul found and what services he performed. I trust TruGreen and have for years!
