For the most part the services are good, however the failure to notify me of upcoming services is unacceptable as I can not plan to be home when a service is to be performed so that if I have questions for the tech I can ask what is happening with my lawn or schrubs. When I started with tru green I always received a call letting me know of upcoming services.
Keona Daniels was at my property for Lawn service today. I went out and met here and introduced myself and ad several questions. She was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable in the aspects and was patient with me. She didn't appear to be rushed or in a hurry. I greatly appreciate her not only taking the time to speak with me even though I knew she is on a schedule. Can't wait to continue doing business in the future.

On another problem I recently cancelled one credit card as it no longer exists. I then added a new credit card. The account page still shows the old unavailable credit card on the account, and it is located as the first choice. Could you please address this situation. Would not want any payments to you to be refused.
