I used to have a terrible problem with fleas. I haven’t had this trouble at all since I’ve been having my yard treated I have two house cats that never go outside, and one homeless cat that lives between my house and my neighbors house that poor things always get eaten up by fleas so it stays in my yard because there’s no fleas Which is a wonderful thing the last time it was treated they missed spraying my backyard, but they made sure that someone came back out and corrected the problem in a timely manner and I appreciate that. Thank you so much.

I purchased a TruGreen TruHealth Lawn Plan in April 2024 and after 5 days my first treatment was applied by RICHARD BUZO. He was very professional and informative by explaining what he noticed, what he recommends and what to expect, during the rest of the year. I have Andrew J as my Technician for treatment of my Lawn. He spreads the products evenly on my lawn for optimum performance of the products he is given to apply. He works hard to complete a good job while on my property. He has a positive attitude which is displayed when interacting with me.
I also want to acknowledge Steven Kane, Supervisor. Steven is an exceptional Supervisor whom cares about his customers and the outcome of products applied to lawns and bushes. He will perform follow up when problems occur to ensure corrective action is taken. Mr. Kane is a valuable asset to Trugreen as a Supervisor whom will lead his men under him and provide satisfaction to his customers.
Deonate W was recently on my property to solve some problems. He has excellent work ethics, performs his job with perfection, excellent communication skills and knows how to do his job with proficiency. He is an asset to Trugreen and Trugreen is fortunate to have him as an employee. I always look forward to have him on my property. He is wonderful.
I appreciate Steven Kane, Supervisor and how he makes things right. Steven Kane is an exceptional Supervisor. He makes decisions when problems are addressed for follow up treatment. He has expert knowledge and applies solutions to problems. He has excellent communication skills. I am fortunate to be able to communicate with Steven with concerns. He truly is a leader for Trugreen.
Andrew is my Lawn Maintenance Technician. I appreciate having him as my Technician and the fantastic job he completes when on my property. He truly cares about how he applies the products not to get the overspray on my shed and AC Unit. He tries to keep the granules off of concrete surfaces. He does a great job with the chemicals he has been given to spread them evenly on my lawn. He works hard and has a positive attitude which is important for customer relations. Trugreen is fortunate to have him as their valued Technician.
Julie Erickson is truly a lawn specialist. Because of her, I have a beautiful lawn.

Bill our Sales Rep is super friendly, professional and always helpful. He makes our property a priority and understands our needs. He answers the phone which is wonderful, we don't have to go through a horrid A.I. menu.
Our service specialist Kevin is very professional, always has a smile; is eager to ensure our property is cared for, and is great with homeowners and their questions. Kevin is thorough and quick to point out problem areas and the remedy for them. We love that we know with each application it will be Kevin coming out. He knows the property well and its unique set and needs. We have asked to retain him because of the consistent service he performs.

He should be considered as a training instructor for current and new employees during their training phase.
