We owe Jamie Harris an apology for our service on8/17/22, We did not see him enter out property through the back yard on that date. Normally the tech comes to the front yard first and we can see what they do. On this date Jamie started with the back yard and we did not know he was there.
We have a large lot and you can't see the back yard unless you get up and go outside. What we saw appeared that he was only doing part of the lawn and we called in a complaint . Jamie stopped by yesterday and explained what happened.
I asked Jamie why the techs no longer let us know when they arrive, and he said the company no longer allows this. I really feel that knowing the tech is outside is a courtesy that I really appreciated.

I wanted to say that Jamie H. is doing a great job. He is always thorough and addresses the issues with my lawn.
First, I was able to reschedule without any issues and this service has kept on top of the weed issues.
Just wanted to take the time to comment on our service specialist Fred G. Fred was out today to do an application on some millipedes that occurred in our yard three weeks ago right after our yard treatment.
Fred was very nice and listened to my concerns with the issue of the millipedes. He was willing to take the time to walk the property with me so I could show him these annoying creatures. He explained what he was going to put down on the grass assuring me that it would not harm our grass which was a concern of ours.
I know that a lot of people don't perhaps leave nice comments and just leave complainants. Thats why I'm writing. my comment. When my husband did contact Tru Green regarding this matter, you all were willing to come out and service the yard to address the issue with the millipedes at no charge and was prompt with scheduling.
Hopefully, this service will resolve the issue.

Fred G in Branch # 5767 is my lawn care specialist. He is always polite and answers all of my question in a very professional manner. My lawn is beautiful. When I first moved into my home here a few months ago, the lawn had been severely neglected by the previous owners. With his care, my lawn is the prettiest and healthiest on my block. When I have had concerns during the recovery, he helped me understand what needed to be done. He is a great asset to TruGreen.
