Justin Berry provided the lawn service today. He provided an excellent service. I talked to him briefly when he started the service requesting he apply extra herbicide to area's that were ignored by James Finley during his brief 9-16-22 service. Justin covered all the area's and provided grandular insecticide to a couple of spots that showed signs of insect damage. Justin is a possitive face to your company.
James Finley came to my house and started spraying my lawn in the dark. I approached him and asked him a question about my lawn. He walked past me and said he would check with his supervisor and get back to me. He never did. He finished providing the service to my acre lot in 20 minutes and was gone. Professional service gets results I expect.
For the most part, the mosquito control treatments work, however we still are experiencing a certain level of bites during the evening. I do understand that the treatments do not completely eliminate them, but especially after a rain there are quite a few mosquitoes around. I do not have standing water in my yard and can only assume they are coming in from neighboring properties.
I initiated lawn treatment with Always Green about two years ago. Then the buy-out occurred. I requested a 'walk through' to assess the condition of my lawn. Shane, a TruGreen technician was very responsive to my request for a lawn 'walk through'. Shane identified the many weeds remaining in the lawn especially the abundance of dove weed. Shane returned and spot treated the weeds. In addition, he plans to install about 12 trays of grass plugs to fill in the bare spots. Shane has gone over-and-above expectations to address my concerns for building a healthier and more weed-free lawn.

In the past year I have found TruGreen to be much more responsive and attentive when alerted about issues with my lawn. To be clear, it is the direct result of personally connecting with a customer service specialist in the local branch servicing my geographic area.

Marvin Dodson listened to my concerns with the weeds in my yard then took care of the problem. Marvin works out of Branch# 5767 in Oldsmar FL. It would be great if I could have him consistently treat my yard.
Great scheduling process and execution is transparent to our daily activities. Also a written form is provided with details of the day of care provided by True Green. The maintenance crew is always courteous and very forthcoming as to issues they find each time they provide a service.
I like that Trugreen gives me a phone call the day before to let me know the technician will be coming the following day. The technicians that I have had have all been very good. My new technician, Christopher Smith, texted me, at my request, to let me know approximately when he would arrive so I could point some things out to him since I have a huge number of plants and shrubs and trees. He was very attentive and friendly and shared some information about the plants and was genuinely interested in the landscape and I could tell would do a good and thorough job with the fertilizer and insecticide. All the technicians that have serviced my yard in the last few years have been with Trugreen for several years and have been very knowledgeable.
