On 6-27-23 Matthew Keller provided a tree and shrub service. He has been very helpful teaching me about insect and disease infecting my shrubs and trees. He takes the time to instruct me on providing follow up care between visits.

Caden did an excellent job servicing my lawn, he was very professional and seem to be very knowledgeable concerning lawns and lawn products. I think if Caden and or Juliet had been servicing my lawn, at least if my lawn problems were not treated at that time they would have been noted in the technician's report for follow up, as I had been requesting for MONTHS. The other MAJOR problem is that since my lawn was NOT treated for the problems it incurred for months as I had been requesting, and IF the grass plugs that was suppose to address the problem had been INSTALLED properly instead of just thrown on top of my lawn where they were left for months(since April and still visible) eventually died and left bare spots I wouldn't have this problem now. NO ONE FROM TRUGREEN EVER FOLLOWED UP ON THIS ISSUE FROM APRIL TO NOW. I never would have expected a company like Trugreen to treat a custom like I was treated. I been very very embarrassed with the condition of my lawn and I think Trugreen would/should be as well.
