Routine lawn service on 7-13-2023: Derrick D. rang my doorbell. I appreciate speaking with my Specialist before he/she treats the grass. I was able to mention weeds developing (an on-going issue) in the back yard. Derrick assured me he would address that. I appreciate that even more! I an giving high grades for this survey based on my anticipation Derrick did a very good (standard with all specialists, I hope) job.

My lawn looks great and healthy. The service provided is smooth with no issues at all. The fact that we only notice your guys have been to our property is when we see the little flags and see them on our cameras which we truly appreciate.

Even though, when experiencing some small issues and or problems with lawn service, when contacting customer service, they listen and respond to my concern and immediate results the issues. Staff are very friendly and professional. Customer service shows the care and quickly solved the problems and that's very important and make the customer feel very important.
