My husband said to please write a compliment on our lawn specialist that came today as he was highly impressed with him. He is Charles Gentry #8744 and not only did a great job, but loved the dogs and my grandson (2 yo) who went outside to see him. He also took the time to explain what he was doing but didn't seem to mind just chatting for a few minutes with my husband.
You have to understand that for years ,up until this year, I have fought to keep TruGreen because my husband thought it unnecessary. A few months ago he noticed how our yard was weed free compared to the neighbors around us who have a great many weeds. It was then he realized the thickness of the grass, and how healthy our lawn stayed even during the harsh summer months. Now I get no grief. So to say he was happy to chat with any TruGreen specialist is truly amazing. I am just glad that Mr. Gentry is such a personable, animal and children loving person. Thank you again for making my lawn look spectacular.

I was not happy with TruGreen last year and was looking into other options. But these past few months, the service has been better. TruGreen serviced my yard today (9/11/2018) and the two gentlemen from TruGreen were extremely polite and answered all my questions. They walk with me throughout my whole yard (front and back) and we discussed every area. They made me feel confident in being with TruGreen. Thank you!
