Hello,
When I agreed upon my service contract, it was to include the front yard and the side but not the rear. After the first application i have noticed signicant weed deterioation in the front yard but nothing on the side yard. I wanrt to make sure that it was not missed by mistake?

Mikal did a very thorough job today. It seems the Tru Green workers have been in too much of a hurry in the past and my yard has shown it. I have not had as many weeds as I have as this year!
When you have a problem with your service you can call them and they will make it right.

We've had several TruGreen employees come for our yard treatment but Steve Brown has been the absolute best. He introduced himself and then after treating the yard stopped and explained exactly what all had been done. He then gave instructions for future treatments as well as the time needed to pass before I could safely let my dog out. He then asked if we had any other questions. Normally we are not home when TruGreen stops by, and even when we are the conversation is usually very plain and to the point. Steve was very thorough and it was much appeciated.

Jeremy Williams did an awesome job. He thoroughly went over my yard as his own. The last person I had did a half job. I am very pleased with his service
What I like about the service is that we receive a printout of what was applied to the lawn and if we have a problem we can call the office.

He does the best job of any of the technicians with TruGreen that have serviced my lawn.
My lawn every year is beautiful. Occasionally because of weather during the winter, it isn’t always the same.You have to consider that. Like 2 years ago I had a lot of dry places that never came back, but this year I noticed all those places have filled in.
