And was very upset that my local guy got bought by Tru-Green. Denny called and even came by. He listened and made it right. The services occur on a regular basis, and I always receive notification prior to the tech's arrival.
If there is a question or concern, Mr. Denny Hamilton is very quick to address it. I had a question and he came to my house within a couple of hours of us communicating on the phone. At his visit, the question was addressed by Mr. Denny, and I was provided with a solution. Mr. Denny then took the time to explain about things to watch for with my shrubs.

Great service. Originally Trugreen did the wrong lawn for aeration and then came back out to correct the mistake within a few days.
Friendly guys comes out and do the work. Very knowledgeable and not afraid to tell you what you need and what you don't need. If you ever call, the customer service is second to none. Really appreciate our TruGreen service and always recommend to our friends and neighbors when talking about yard maintenance.

We have the best looking lawn in our subdivision--no weeds or clover and a beautiful deep green color. Your technicians always notify us when they arrive at our home and leave a ticket detailing the work that was completed, as well as putting a TruGreen stake in our yard.
Our lawn has been treated for about a year now. It has improved the looks and is taken care of the weeds. Scrubs and trees are looking better. Still monitoring the ant control since it was just started a about 6 weeks ago.
Always prompt and good results. Too, if I experience a problem, they will retreat without charge. We had a bad problem with brown patch fungus, and Trugren took care of it, and has kept it under control. Have already recommended to a neighbor.

Except for. Texas grass our lawn is lush and free of weeds. Only concern is your billing cycle. Sometimes invoice arrives with only a couple of days left before due date.
