I like that when I had a,question about my lawn it was answer with concern and will send someone out to check on it so hopefully they will be out.
My yard is entirely emerald Zoizia grass which requires 75% more urea fertilizer because its roots are thick and 3" deep and grows from underneath the surface rather than crawling upon the surface.
Often times a new technician doesn't know this fact and is unwilling to apply sufficient fertilizer to sufficiently fertilize my lawn. Older technicians will acknowledge this fact and apply the increased amount to do the job properly.
I would prefer that ALL the technicians that service my lawn to be so instructed. This is what I would LIKE!!.

The lawn under the hickory on the south side of the front yard needs better crab grass control. The trees need the lower ten feet of their bark sprayed during every tree and shrub service.

They call me before they come, so I can unlock the gate to the back yard. All ways on time unless the weather changes. I get a lot of compliments on my yard. Keep up the good work guys.
