Very positive experience with Tree & Shrub specialist Dustin Daman. He came on 3/19/20.

The technician who treated our lawn on March 11, 2020 was very courteous. He came to the door to let me know he was preparing to treat the lawn as I had requested. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions before he did the treatment, which was reassuring. His name was Oswald Franco from Branch #5049. I would give him a 10!

I was happy to see Oswald Franco (branch #5049) is now taking care of my lawn service. He previously had provided the tree & shrub service and was informative and helpful. His recent visit for my lawn was also informative and pleasant. He took the time to advise what he was going to do and what the results I should expect.

Darius G was our service technician last year so we are very glad to have him this year as well. His branch #5049. Darius was within the time frame that we were given. He let us know that he was here for our first service. He did a great job with our first application as far as we know. Darius G also let us know when he had completed our service. He filled out our ticket and brought it back to us. He is always very kind and professional .

Dustin was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable & explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I hope he can continue to provide service for me, however I know that isn't how the system works.

Because of the virus situation, I was able to be home yesterday when Oswald Franco treated my yard. I watched him at first and saw that he was very thorough and efficient. When I stepped out to my front porch, it took a minute to notice me. When he did, he stopped, smiled and said hello and introduced himself. He confirmed a recent change to my program (which I'd already noticed he took care of).

Makes me feel good to have someone working on my yard that genuinely seemed pleased to see me, and wasn't just going through the motions.

Thorough

Upon arrival at our new home, the yard basically matched the neighborhood. We do have a neighbor two doors down that have the service as well. In a nutshell, out lawns are outstanding for this and perhaps many neighborhoods.
