I was very impressed with Oswald Franco, the technician who took care of my lawn service today. He also had Eugene with him who was very personable and is learning the business. Oswald took great interest in listening to my comments and concerns about my lawn and provided input about what the solutions are to taking care of my lawn. He walked around my yard with me so I could point out the weeds and grass issues I'm having and he assured me that he would take care of the issues today and with future visits so that I would be completely satisfied with the work he did. I hope that he can always be assigned to take care of my yard as I felt like he was very interested in ensuring I was completely satisfied with the services I'm receiving from TruGreen. I am notified before the lawn service is performed and the service employees listen to me if I have any questions. My lawn looks better than it has in the past before TruGreen began taking care of my lawn. I would highly recommend this company.
