I want to commend and thank Oswald Franco for an exceptional service experience on 4/4/20. I had originally called for a re-service for weed control but upon arrival he started spraying the entire yard to kill/control the rampant influx of unwanted fescue grass in my zoysia yard.

Its like he was reading my mind. I came out to discuss my prior dissatisfaction with the lawn and he mapped out a plan to get the fescue under control. I would definitely recommend him personally to others.

Darius Grey, did a great job. I have a large area to apply treatment and he walked the entire area. Also, showed up in the window given.

Our tech, Oswald Franco, was awesome. Very professional and did a great job on the yard. Please send him back each time if possible!!

I also suggest you give him a raise! Hard working techs are had to find!!

The person who sprayed my lawn was very friendly and professional.

Darius came and performed the service and explained what he had treated and gave some suggestions.

Been using the service for a year and they have dramatically turned my lawn around.

When I talked to a supervisor about how unhappy my yard has been looking for the past two years. I told them I took pride in having the most beautiful yard in our neighborhood an now it doesn't look like it was getting the care i was first getting. I just want to say the supervisor said they would work with me and i can see my lawn beginning to look like it should. We still have a little ways to go. But thanks to the supervisor for reaching out to me and telling me they will take care of it. Also the person doing my yard now I want to give a special thanks for it is beginning to look nice again and I feel like they are treating my yard like if it was their own yard I appreciate that. I was highly disappointed with the service a few weeks ago. Since then, the local branch has gone well out of their way to make things right. The response has been noticeable and appreciated. Also, this week I watched Oswald Franco perform the service on my yard. He was very thorough and meticulous. I can guarantee you if every tech performed their job as he did, you would have some very happy customers. I believe the branch is 5049.

My first application was today and everything went as planned. It was nice to follow the status of when TruGreen would arrive via the app. Darius G was my Specialist and he took the time to answer questions and was very knowledgeable. Looking forward to seeing the progress of my lawn.

I enjoy the technology put in place. Knowing when my tech will be there, what was done, etc.

Matthew Miller has been great. He missed an area on our first treatment (as he didn't know our property line) but came back and fixed quickly. I will say I'm still a bit concerned by the weeds I'm seeing around the edges of our property and the yard. Maybe the next treatment will start making a difference there...
