The last technician Storm did the best and most thorough job that I have received. I would like Storm to do my applications through the rest of my services. Sending different techs is quite disturbing because they don’t know the boundaries of my property and often do not cover all of it.

My technician Isaiah V came yesterday to treat my lawn. He was very personable and told me if I filled out a customer survey he would be eligible for a gift card. He seemed knowledgeable about his business and what he was doing. He said he hoped this would be his regular route to establish a relationship with his clients. Later a supervisor came by and spoke to my husband to make sure there were no questions. I hope this year we have nice lawn to appreciate and enjoy. Isaiah V is Branch 5049. Thank you.

The knowledge and timely follow up are amazing... Tyler Solak provided me with execellent knowledge, tips and tricks that made me feel that my money is being spent with the right company. More Service Tech's like Tyler and TruGreen would benefit greatly. He even saved me money by providing me some guidance on how to kill pests in my bushes vs. just trying to sell me a plan...
