You try to please the customer. If something is not done correctly, and an error has occurred in your service delivery, management will work to try and remedy the situation, or do what is right to the customer's satisfaction.

However, over the years TruGreen has made several errors in treating my lawn. I so not think that the technicians are aware sometimes what has happened to the lawn previously and when. For example, three weeks after my lawn was aerated and seeded with fescue, they came and applied weed killer, which was not good as some of the seed had not germinated and some that had was too fragile.

Our lawn is the only weed free on the block! Thanks True Green. '

We are so happy with our specialist, Adam Daniels. I always forget to pick up my kids toys in the yard, and instead of spraying on all the toys, Adam happily picks up the toys from the yard with a smile on his face. I couldn't ask for better service.

We have been with Trugreen (Scotts) since 2007. We just signed up for Tree and Shrub services. Staff has been very willing and patient in working with us to assist in getting the plan that best meets our lawn, tree, and shrubs care. They are willing to answer any of our questions, provide us with a discount, and notify us when a problem is seen regarding our yard. They call before they treat our yard and and come when they say they will be available.

David Foster has been in close contact w/me as I've had questions about my LawnCare and there have been a few issues lately, in which David is helping to take care of. Thanks!

TruGreen has serviced my lawn for years and has done a great job. Very few weeds and green grass. Exactly what I asked for. The techs are always polite and knowledgeable. They answer all my wife's questions since I am rarely home when they come.
