The personal and professional service. Justin Dunham, my lawn care specialist, contacted me on my first application, to see if I had any special concerns about my lawn that needed attention!
I received a special, help I have weeds call today, by your specialist Christopher Tipton-61272 and I just wanted to express to him my thanks for a great job. We briefly spoke, when he arrived, and I expressed my concern about some seeding type weeds that were popping up all over my lawn and he took care of it in short order. No muss, no fuss. Great job.
Recent weed application (4-26) was applied on a heavy rainy day. Your service ticket advice was not to mow or water for 24hrs after application. Sounds like poor timing !

I had my first treatment of lawn service today. Justin Dunham was my lawn specialist. I had asked him several questions about my lawn and to be honest he went out of his way to explain what he was doing. I really like this young man and hope he continues to service my account. I am looking forward to an improvement in my lawn. I was having another local company taking care of my lawn and it looks poor compared to some of the other lawns in my area. If you guys work out as I am hoping I will let my neighbors know who is servicing my yard and recommended your company to them. I have used trugreen at one of my other homes in the northern part of the country and they did a fine job for me. Tell Justin thanks again for his professional service call.

I'm a new customer and my first experience with (Shaun Carter) the Lawn Care Specialist assigned to my account was great. He even came out the day before he serviced my lawn just to introduce himself. After the first service I noticed a billing error and promptly called TruGreen customer service. The Customer Service Rep seemed lost and changed the price on me 3 times during the same conversation, so I just cancelled the service. A few days passed and I was contacted by a very pleasant TruGreen Rep (Jolene Mumma) who smoothed things over. The only reason I agreed to restart my service is due to the fact TruGreen cared enough to call me in an attempt to fix the issue and most importantly the quality of work and outstanding customer service I received from Shaun Carter. If anyone really reads these things, Shaun is an asset to TruGreen and the reason i'm still a customer.
My yard is looking better after the first application,Thanks TruGreen.

Everyone has always been polite. They call and or email before and after each service. They point out ways I can save money (by paying in advance for services). One time I had a problem and they made it no problem. Came out again the next day and took care of it. Easy to contact and great customer service.
We have used TruGreen for years and have been pleased with their service. They will come back if needed free of charge, friendly, and professional.
Patrick Green came out today (4/13/17) as scheduled to treat my lawn and spoke with me about the care of my lawn. He stated that he will work on getting rid of the weeds. Thanks Mr. Green!

Your techs always ring or knock and introduce themselves and explain what there are there to do that day. They also give any special info about watering in within so many days if no rain or any other recommendations. Always very pleasant and informative people.
Do wish I could have more than one day's notice of upcoming service. It can be difficult to coordinate with my mowing service if there is a conflict with only one day before the service.
