Trugreen will come out and service your lawn. I don't think the specialist have enough time to explain what is being done and then service the lawn.

Shaun Carter who works for TruGreen as the technician who comes and services my lawn does an excellent job and really cares about the weed control in my yard and how it looks after your services are administered. Neighbors and friends compliment how nice my yard looks and I let them know that I use TruGreen services. I have not had any problems with TruGreen coming back to reservice the lawn when there are persistent weeds that need additional chemicals. I like the email updates I receive from TruGreen also letting me know what to expect with the fluctuations in weather and temperatures.

Today, Shaun Carter briefed me on exactly what he was doing, the chemicals used and the desired outcome effect. He was very polite and answered each question that I had. I think he has extensive knowledge in the lawn care business because I use to work in that same field and he was able to answer each of my questions with clarity. He is a very professional representative for your organization.

I like the fact that my personal TruGreen Tech, Quawane Brown (store #5773) has called me & told me what he did for my lawn, & things that I can continue to do in between treatments to help with the efficiency of my lawn care plan. I informed Quawane that I have expressed to Techs before him that I am concerned about the weeds still in my yard after having this yard treated by TruGreen for over a year. I also informed him of the concern that I had shared with other Techs about TruGreen no longer using the dye to show that the entire yard has been treated & as a tracker for both the Homeowner & the Tech. He explained to me about the dye no longer being used by TruGreen. He says he will be more than happy to come back out when I'm home, preferably on a Monday through Wednesday to apply weed control. This young man exhibited very good Customer Service during our phone conversation on yesterday.

So far my yard looks great

I LIKE THE CONVENIENCE OF PAYING MY BILL ON LINE AND ALSO MY TECHNICIAN SHAUN CARTER DOES A WONDERFUL JOB. HOWEVER THE LAST TIME YOU TREATED MY LAWN BECAUSE IT WAS SO WET HE LEFT SOGGY FOOTPRINTS IN THE LAWN DAMAGING THE GRASS.

Calven is very professional and explains what he is doing and why. His demeanor was friendly and he actually rang the door bell and greeted us. I used to work for ServiceMaster and actually rode in trucks with the guys and gals. I think under David's leadership, TruGreen is back with a FORCE!!!

Mr. Byrd was very nice and personal. I feel like it's taken care of without me having to stand over them.

So far, our yard is doing great and our tech Anthony Lurry is thorough. He puts all the work detail in his ticket so we know exactly what was done during his visit. And though we have not met face to face, he is so polite when putting comments in his ticket and we appreciate that.
We apologize to Anthony for not remembering to open the gate which caused him a return trip. It was rescheduled very quickly so thanks to Ashley in the Oldsmar call location for getting him back out there for us.
As an employee at corporate, it is very nice to know we get the same great service as non-employee customers and the website is a great and easy tool for customers use.
