Prompt and very friendly

In a world where everyone does just enough to get by, I want to commend people who stand out and go the extra mile. I received a call today from a technician, Mr. Mike Durham who explained to me the services he performed and also notified me that my usual technician who has been servicing my lawn had been missing certain elements.

He said he would schedule another service ASAP to handle the issue.

I first thanked him for calling because the previous technician has never called and I told him how much I appreciated him letting me know. I believe in paying for quality service, and I wanted to TruGreen know this is the kind of superior/honest service I expect and will praise. I called Mr. Alan Johnson to let him know that I would like Mr. Durham to service my lawn moving forward. He replied that he will do his best to add me to his list.

I had TruGreen before and had to stop because of unemployment. I recently started back with you guys and love it. I left a note for the service man and he seem to have read it locked my gate back and serviced the yard where I am already seeing good results.

My lawn is so green and thick now I can hardly push a lawn mower through it - exactly what I asked for - thanks TruGreen

Love my specialist Ronald Byrd. He made a special stop by my house when he was driving by because my grass had fungus. He knows how picky we are about the yard and knew something wasn't right. He came back the next day and fertilized the yard to take care of the issue. He is so helpful and kind. Watering in the fertilizer now. Hopefully this will fix the problem.

Specialist: 8395- Carl David spread my entire yard with fertilizer than treaded my lawn with weed killer. Carl done a great job.

The lawn is really taking shape, just like Rusty promised after the problems with the two first route men. Weeds are almost gone and lawn is 98% lush green, few barespots rusty is working with and said not to worry.
