So far great experience was using Scott's Lawn service this is the first full season with Trugreen. James Gibson very nice and stated any problems call and he would assist us in correcting to problem.was completely satisfied with todays service.

I was very pleased with my specialist, Shaun Carter. His help in talking me thru what i needed for my lawn reassured me. His honesty in telling me the length of time to fix my problem is why I decided to try again. I had tried one of your national competitors with no satisfaction and have been without service since I moved to Oakland.

You try to please the customer. If something is not done correctly, and an error has occurred in your service delivery, management will work to try and remedy the situation, or do what is right to the customer's satisfaction.

However, over the years TruGreen has made several errors in treating my lawn. I so not think that the technicians are aware sometimes what has happened to the lawn previously and when. For example, three weeks after my lawn was aerated and seeded with fescue, they came and applied weed killer, which was not good as some of the seed had not germinated and some that had was too fragile.
