Please when they come on the 19th could you have them treat in front of the picket fence also, they seemed to have missed that with the first treatment, can you recommend a fertilizer that I can pick up and put down before the treatment on the 19th?

I like that you have good prices..and I have gotten to know my Tree Man, Rich. I think having the same service for years i can expect that my workers know me an know what i need done. My trees and bushes have gotten much better and my lawn was as nice as it could be with my yard conditions. I did stop the lawn service last year just because I have Lawn tree/bushes and then the tick and flea treatment.It got too expensive. As i have priced around though your lawn treatment services can't be beat. I like to know that the guys are coming or ladies and I don't have to think about it.

My specialist, Gregory McMahon, did an outstanding job fertilizing my job. He was thorough and treated my lawn with care. I was home during the service, so I saw how methodically he applied the treatment. I wanted to thank him personally, but due to the pandemic, I couldn't approach him. I have used Tru-Green for 4 years and especially the last 2 years with problems that I was facing the personal attention, follow through and decisions that my contact Charlie O'Connell suggested have really saved my lawn, trees and shrubs from disaster.
I moved back into my family home and these plants have sentimental value as I have lost both my parents and my brother. My mom and dad loved their yard and the plantings remind me of what this home meant to them. I really felt that Charlie understood my extra concern and at a time when I'm not seeing much customer service around, consistently if I call your offices or reach out with a concern I have been very satisfied.

Last year I was very much satisfied in getting my lawn looking good again after Charlie O'Connell delivered great service in response to my concerns. I honestly have to say he is tops when it comes to dealing with customers. Trugreen should be proud of his genuine interest in pleasing customers and his follow through.
I have been a satisfied customer of TruGreen for many years because of a myriad of problems with my lawn. One of the most serious problem areas is a large round patch of yard that was under an above ground pool over 25 years ago. Charlie O’Connell recommended weed , insect, and grub control service followed by seeding and a lot of watering. The area has come back to life and I thank TruGreen services and Charlie for that.
I also like TruGreens prior notification of service and their prompt and efficient applications. I have had weed control, grub control, fungus control, fertilizer and lime application and tree and shrub service over the years. Whenever I feel the application isn’t working, I feel comfortable contacting Charlie who responds quickly by recommending and following through with a solution to my concerns.

I love our service manager, Charlie O'Connell. He is very helpful and responds quickly to questions. I also love our tree and shrub guy, Tad Bengston. Our cherry tree has never looked so good.
I was a bit disappointed last year by the service and lack of response until Charlie O’Connell reached out to me and schedule a visit. Attention to customer complaint and willingness to resolve them made me stick with TG when I was about to go look for another service provider.
