Advanced notice of Technicians showing up to do the service is a nice feature.My lawn has looked much better since I returned as a customer a couple of years ago.

The last time service was done, the gate to the bar yard was left open on the side of the garage and our 19 month old labradoodle got out into the woods. Luckily after frantic searching I found her. Please note to close gates when leaving

I like that you notify me before you are coming. I like to know what is to be done as We have a dog and do no wish to expose her to harmful chemicals. Our lawn looks so much better and seems to improve year to year.

Like the consistency of service.
Like phone notifications for service and the ease of speaking to a real person when needed.
Like the techs who deliver the service, always polite and friendly.
Don’t like the billing cycles. Ex. Receive invoice in the mail and before I can send check in mail another service is performed and payment and new invoice cross in mail with multiple charges. Gets very confusing.
Also wonder if so many services are needed. Ex. Received service in October then about 10 days later get another on top of leaves.
Don’t like that with all the service applications the lawn still is terrible at times.

it is fast and well done where needed

I didn't see the man today and I didn't know what He did. Each time some body came, they put some thing on from my home but today I saw nothing. I know the work was OK that why I put 10 for the services. I think that is the last time that the man will come.

Tree service is effective.

You were very responsive when I contacted your offices regarding the burned out condition of my lawn this past summer. You offered an additional service which really helped the lawn and you listened to my concerns about applying fertilizer during last summer's drought.

They do a nice job and the lawn looks a lot better. My favorite part is getting the calls when they are coming.

Very knowledgeable in treating your lawn and giving you hints how to correct the problem.
