Professional, friendly service and my yard always looks great

Today I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Jared Therrien the specialist who applied a fertilizer, preemergent and weed control on our lawn. Jared rang our door bell and we were previously alerted that a service would be happening. Jared explained to me what he would be doing and the reasons for the applications. My dog and I watched from inside for some of the application and what we could see was that he was doing a very thorough job. When he was finished he once again came to the door but took his hat off to speak with me which I saw as a sign of respect. He explained where he put the applications and what we should expect. He also cautioned us about letting the dog on the lawn until the solutions dried. He was professional courteous and informative.

The technician was very polite and was very knowledgeable , he answered all my questions .

The lawn agent who applied the chemicals to the lawn today was hardworking and took the time to let me know what had been done.

My service person is Amber, who is exceptionally personable, knowledgeable, and efficient in doing a great job. She always communicates about each treatment, and suggests ways to assure all goes well.

All the applications are on time. The customer service reps are excellent people who are knowledgeable in their work.

Your representative Tyron McPhaw introduced himself at my door and explained what he would be doing that day. He also answered my questions about a prior service visit in a thorough and professional manner.

Ricky did an excellent job today. He performed the fertilization of the lawn and made sure to provide information on watering and keeping the lawn healthy.

So far this year my lawn looks GREAT. The tech is very professional and knowledgeable. This is the first time I've used TruGreen Lawn Care in about 5 years. Keep up the good work!

The Specialist that came serviced our lawn today was wonderful! His name is Abraham. He was knowledgeable, friendly, polite, respectful and very helpful. Alex Arroyo is a friendly, thorough specialist who took the time to explain his services and was careful not to damage my newly planted shrubs.

Today was our first service and Jonathan Vargas arrived in the time window we requested. He was professional and courteous. He took the time to answer my questions prior to getting started and checked in with me again following the service. He provided a detailed summary which I appreciate. Looking forward to Jonathan caring for our lawns and watching the results.

communicating when your coming and what your doing

After a year of applications, our lawn is looking fuller and healthier than ever. We had some issues with weeds, general patchiness, and crabgrass that we no longer have.

The first year we were pretty skeptical as our lawn was in rough shape, but it is nice and healthy now.

I had a person, Kevin Radawiec branch 5855 on 4/25/24 and he was the best service person I've ever had here. He talked with me and explained some things and did a great job.

Te lawn looks good. The technicians are polite and do their work in a timely fashion.

I appreciate that you were able to offer me a discounted price for the season. Your service is good, the notifications for when you are coming to perform the service is nice. On the other hand, It is not always easy to reach you by phone or chat; long waits to speak to representative.

He visited the property, reviewed the damage, informed me the services that True Green will perform, advised on what I should do in preparing the property to prevent damage. Called on the day of service to ensure everything was done properly.
