I like that I don't have to worry about scheduling applications and treatments for my lawn and shrubs.. and overall my lawn looks very good. However, my lawn is not great in some spots (sometimes even noted on your service summary by your specialist), and I would expect Trugreen to do whatever is necessary to repair those areas without my having to make a request. I thought your services guaranteed successful results, and I thought your team would take care of any of these problems on their own.

We had a lime application scheduled but there were too many leaves on the lawn to make it worth our while so the technician suggested that we reschedule. Meanwhile, my lawn guy came and got rid of the leaves so when the lime was put down, it stayed down; it wasn't blown away.
