I pre-pay each year. Service arrives automatically, at the right times based on the season and the weather. Service summaries tell me what to do if a problem is seen developing. My lawn looks better than some neighbors who have in-ground sprinkler systems!

I like the service, however, a couple of time I needed to call and complain about the shoddy work. The last treatment 6,800sf the service technician from the time he pulled into the driveway until the time he pulled out was 12 minutes. That 12 minutes included the tech checking his cell phone. Can’t imagine the work performed was complete.

Since we started with your service our lawn it gets thicker and greener every year. And our shrubs are very healthy also. Best thing we ever did years ago was to stay with True Green. It takes a few years to see the results but well worth the wait !

TruGreen comes on a fairly regular schedule and will also come "on request".

I don't think my lawn would look any worse if I didn't do ANYTHING to it.
Every year, I complain.
And every year, it looks bad... and every year I call. Someone comes and says the particular area is too shady. Am I the only client with a shady area that you service? It was as shady this year as it was last year and the year before, when you started coming here.
Several people have told me I should hire a lawn company to tend to it, and I tell them I have you. They say the same thing as I say about it, and I would rather not repeat it.
At this point, please call me before any service next year, and WE can access the situation THEN!
I have a very small lawn, BTW, and am paying over and above financially what it costs for this property maintenance. I feel you could do SOMETHING to restore the lawn at NO extra cost to you,or me, for what I'm paying. That is my opinion, granted.
