I liked that my service tech, Brandon Bryant left me a very detailed account of how he treated my lawn with fertilizer and other products while he was here. I was not at home, so we were unable to meet in person. I look forward to meeting him at his next visit. I don't yet see a date of when he will return, I'd like to know when that will be. Also, I attempted to pay for the first service, but the website will not allow me to make a payment. Can a representative please contact me via email or phone on my next scheduled date of service and how to make a payment?

They do good job.

I believe that ,in general, the employees at TRUGREEN are trying to do a good job... and most times they succeed in their efforts. Scheduling and then changing times when the technician will
service my property can be an issue... that may be an area where the remote customer service department can improve on. I don't think this is the technicians problem. Overall I am pleased with TRUGREEN... noting that I have been with them for over 25 years!!

In that regard, I am VERY pleased with the technician Manuel Villamarin (65625) as he does an EXCELLENT job ALWAYS (!) in servicing my trees and shrubs. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, takes his work seriously as if it were his property and thorough. I'm pleased that he has been assigned to treat my property.

Specialist Karl is a welcome visitor to my home property. Karl carefully treats to promote good health my many ornamental shrubs and trees with care not to harm honey bees.

Unfortunately, a serious tree issue with Ants has recently surfaced. Issue is a Mountain Seedless Ash tree I planted some 30 years ago became infested by two types of ants, Karl identified the insects causing the tree bark to come off in large clumps and create an active Woodpecker feeding site doing additional harm.

Karl has treated the Ash tree with pesticides and inspected the other yard trees in shrubs for possible similar ant infestations.

While I'm not optimistic my beautiful, 35 foot flowering Ash tree will survive this horrible aggressive ant attack, knowledgeable Karl is doing all I could expect to minimize a bad situation impact.

Everything I would like to have my technician for every visit I believe his name is Ted. Thank you

We signed up on line yesterday and received our first treatment today. Wow! that was fast. Our technician Scott Sousa walked the property with us and explained what he was going to do and addressed the concerns we had with our current lawn situation,

Scott was very pleasant and helpful. We look forward to working with him over the next several months of the plan.

That the specialist are very knowledge and can answer any questions we have. Today, Specialist Jason Aliskevicz came to apply insecticide, miticide, and fungicide. I asked him about an evergreen tree that appears dead and he also told me about the status of an older evergreen. He also explained why this was the 3rd visit in just over a month. He was very helpful. Jason always does a great job.

I’ve had TruGreen service my lawn for several years and always get comments form family/friends about how great my lawn looks. Jaden Gillett was great in explaining what the fertilizer he was spraying was going accomplish. He was very knowledgeable of the process. Thank you!

Employees are professional and knowledgeable and also the fact that Trugreen will come back to service the lawn if for any reason that you are not happy with the results.

Service is timely and seems to be what my lawn requires. I m somewhat unhappy with the yearly aeration and overseeding. My lawn does not seem to be benefitting from 3 yrs of this service. Not sure why.
