To day Richard Martin came by to do a re-service since I was not happy with my last service application. He took a look at the yard and suggested that I wait a couple of weeks and let the rain allow fertilizer to seek into the soil. This will prevent soul burning.
I appreciate his honest and it is service representatives like him that keeps me coming back year after year.

Very effective lawn & tree services.
We like the notifications that are given before and after the specialists arrive. We also like the summaries that are given as to what the specialists did that particular day. We have been here for 38 years and because of the insecticides and other applications that have been done to our yard, we have no mosquitoes or other insects. iWe actually enjoy sitting in our backyard now. All of the specialists have done an excellent job.

Steven was neat, clean in appearance and courteous. He was quick and efficient in applying the chemicals to our lawn; quickly reloaded his equipment, handed me the receipt explaining what he put on our lawn, and was on his way.
On a side note: the man knows how to back his vehicle with a trailer in tow.

Last visit was not announced in advance as requested. This request assists me in assisting you and your tech's so that my yard is prime for your intended services. Please insure advance notice of your visits in the future. Also the printer capability on your service truck(s) have not worked for the last year or so. A printed copy of your tech's visit would be nice as previously provided. Tks! Rg Bott
