Good evening, I haved referred 3 homes in my neighborhood, my address is 8 Firefly Lane, Hampton, VA 23666. My neighbors are impressed with my lawn, I have an only dark green lawn in the whole neighborhood, while the rest of their yards have turned brown.
My lawn is looking better each week. I'm looking forward to next year to see even more progress

I do like my TruGreen service rep to address specific areas of concern with my lawn when they are here, not just spray the required application and move on. That really helps the homeowner feel valued and that we are working together for the best looking lawn!
The initial setup was fairly easy for a guy with no experience with lawn care because you measured the yard and offered the healthy yard plan...just what I wanted to hear. My minor complaints were with alerting me to a service coming up...so we had time to crate the dogs and chickens, then with figuring out which service was scheduled. I had to call twice to get the weed treatment because I had thought it was always scheduled. Once these were cleared up I saw no problem prepaying for another year of service. Thanks for keeping the good grass green and the bad grass dead.

I like that your company will come back to do over a service if requested.
I like the fact that I continue to has the Same Lawn Tech to service my lawn, First name removed Wilson, knows my yard and will treat it as needed, and will take the time to explain to me what he is doing and what he is putting down on my yard, and will make suggestions on watering and other care.
however, i am upset because the last time First name removed was here, the power equipment would not work right, and his printer in the truck did not work...
you are a national company you need to have your equipment working right all the time. and take care of your workers/Techs that way you will keep them, other wise you will be short handed as you are know.....
