We have St Augustin grass. last year we believe someone treated it as a fescue grass and applied the wrong solution. We almost lost the Augustin. I have spoken to someone at your company about this an hope this year our lawn will be treated as the warm weather grass it is.
Also in the front a little more could be done about the weeds. the back only has a few places where the weeds are a problem.

Met with Sisqo on 3/26 to discuss treatment for today. I had called March 12 to indicate that the first treatment did not produce good green up of the lawn. He applied preemergent and fertilizer again.

Arrived on time, He was professional explained what he was Appling to my yard. HE was polite answered all my questions explained that if i didn't get rain I would need to water. He also made a comment on how nice my yard looked in the back my front is starting to green up. This was the first time he has done my yard. He was friendly and had a good attitude took pride in his work.
We contacted three companies for lawn care. We selected TruGreen based on two main points.
First was the specialist, Mr. James Thomas, Branch 5067, who gave us pricing up front, several options for lawn care and options including tree/shrub care and pest control. These were not options we even knew were available. The other companies we talked to were not as transparent with the costs and both were considerable more money just talking over the phone. Mr. Thomas came out the very next day and performed our first service!

Dependable. Lawn treatments take place whether i'm at work or on vacation. It doesn't matter, it gets done. I just have to keep it trimmed and edged.
