The guys show up and do their work without involving us. Sometimes we see them when they and other times we don't.
There were a few wrinkles we had with the service. We still get weeds, perhaps not as many as before. We did have a problem with some of our shrubs dyinb off several years ago.
Prompt and pay attention to the customer's request.
I believe Trugreen should use non liquid fertilizer for some treatments. When spraying my shrubs I have seen spray on my siding.
Note: Lawn looks good however, I believe the lawn could look better for all the applications/treatments we receive. I have have weeds.

Help to keep the same tech so that the consumer doesn’t have to explain everytime what needs to be done to their yard. Every time a new tech comes, job is never treated the same! Some better and take pride, some just fly through!!
Always on time. my yard looks great thru out the year. Ronald Scott Jr listen to my weed problem that I'm having mostly around the edge of my property. Give good advice. I will talk to my neighbors again about adding trugreen to their yard.
This time on my Security Camera showed the Service Person doing a good job of coverage on my lawn. The last person did not. Thanks.
