On 4/23/21 DeWayne from your company did a feed and seed on my front and back yard. I came out to greet him and ask a few questions. I just wanted to share with you about this young man DeWayne. I was impressed with his knowledge of your company's products.
I was concerned about certain spots in my yard that seemed to be balding, DeWayne informed me with the products they use to will kill the weeds you will see some areas exposed due to the weed covering of that area -he asked me to give more time for the service to bring forth the lawn.
With that, I felt very comforted and my questions were answered.
In closing, I would ask that you REWARD this young man with a raise and an opportunity to grow within your company.

There was a MAJOR mix up with my request to have my yard re-serviced after my first service of the year. The service that came was my second service for the year, fertilizer. I happened to be here and questioned what he was doing. He said he had something on the truck to take care of the wild violets and other weeds. He finished putting down fertilizer and sprayed where I pointed. After talking to James at the local office he said I will get what's needed to kill the violets 2 weeks after the fertilizer was put down. As far as I know that hasn't happened because nothing has been left on my door nor have I been called. This is the second time I have written about this incident. I hope this can be resolved because the violet problem is spreading in my yard. Trying to call and talk to someone is a major delay and frustrating!!! I'm been with TruGreen for many years and never had these problems.
I would like to commend your specialist Mr. DeWayne Jones for his courtesy, friendliness and professionalism. He did an excellent job on my first experience with TRUGREEN. Look forward to having him as a regular in servicing my lawn..

My front yard has very little broadleaf weed while my backyard has numerous broadleaf week growing ... It needs an explanation ... after 3 treatments ... the last used 8.6 gallons on 4680 square feet...

We always have great service. Our yard is looking fantastic. I do have one complaint this time. The technician pulled out 3 and knocked over 4 of our solar lights that are around our pool and foundation landscaping. None of them are in the yard. We have had service for 3 or 4 years now and this has never happened before. I know things happen but I just want the tech to know so he can be aware of what he did. Probably when he pulls the hose around. I did call and let them know and they said they would put that on our file so I will watch now and make sure it doesnt happen again. It may have been a new employee and not as trained to be aware of this. Still pleased with the service.

I called to request additional spraying to get rid of wild violets and several other weeds that were not taken care of after the previous service. I set up a date, 4/9/21, at the end of the route if possible since I live near the office. I was told she would put that in. On Wednesday 4/7/21, I got a call saying TruGreen was coming the next day between 2:00 and 7:00p.m. They didn't show, but got a call saying they were coming the next day, Thursday and I didn't need to be there. I marked the change on my calendar. TruGreen didn't show Thursday. That afternoon I got a call saying they were coming Friday, 4/9/21, and I didn't need to be there. I like to be here when they come which I'm glad I was because of the mix up. They came and was spreading fertilizer. I spoke to the technician who knew nothing about killing the weeds, but said he had something on the truck to take care of it. By me questioning what he was doing, he lost track of where he had spread the fertilizer and headed to the truck. I noticed he missed a section of my yard. He was very nice and came back and covered the missed area, and walked my yard and sprayed the weeds I pointed to. I don't blame him for any of the problems. The problem was with TruGreen not informing the tech. as to what the customer requested. The 2 times I tried to call to get clarification of when TruGreen was coming I was told there would be a 1-2 hour wait, watch has never happened in the past years I've had TruGreen service. I eventually talked to someone after I got a call Friday saying TruGreen was coming April 12, for my next service. I told the lady what had gone on, and she apologized for the mixup and the inconvenience of the wait time. She said she would canceled the April 12 appointment. I've never written anything before because I've been able to talk to someone, but this mixup didn't sit well with me. I hope TruGreen can do a better job in the future about corresponding between customer and tech. J. Last name removed
