We waited and waited and waited and waited. No communication as to when your technician would be arriving even after we called. No one was helpful to help us know when someone would show up. Someone finally arrived early evening after we waited all day. What a waste of our day. No one likes waiting and not have any communication as to what is going on. The carpets looked good but I'm wondering if it was worth the wait.

Our technitian (Manuel) was very kind, focused, and professional. He accomodated our needs, and didn't take any shortcuts, rather he was very focused and executed all steps of the cleaning process to 100% of the carpeted areas. The Zerorez process is impressive and seems to be enviromentally sound. The end result was impressive. There were multiple stains that Manuel spent extra time to remove, and all were 100% removed successfully! It is our intention to always employ Zerorez for our carpet cleaning services going forward. Thanks for such a positive experience.
