When I make an appointment and y’all know I can’t do afternoon appointment from a previous set appointment, please don’t schedule me in the morning and say you’ll be there abs then come in afternoon and then poor carpet guy has to rush my job so I can go to next appt! He was great but really upset with everything else before and how it was handled , thanks to my carpet cleaner guy he at least showed kindness and he cares, great job
The service & technician were great. I just didn’t expect it to take over 24 hours for the carpet to dry. That’s with fans and space heaters going.

Rep was extremely professional, friendly and did an amazing job! We could eat off our tile it is so clean. I have cleaned my tile before and it took hours/days to fo it by hand so him doing it was quick and worth the extra cost.

My family has been out of town while the carpets were cleaned, so my mom received and worked with the technician while she communicated with us. To what I understand, the experience was okay. My only feedback was that I didn't really appreciate what felt like repeated attempts to upsell us on services, requiring waivers to be signed if we didn't purchase the offered products. These upsells would have doubled or tripled the cost of the cleaning. I realize that this is part of the business model, but it was a little repelling. At one point, it felt like the technician was trying to scare us into buying an up-charge on the fear that there MAY be cat pee in our carpet and it could 'release chemicals that would harm our family if we stirred it up with a standard cleaning'. I actually came close to reconsidering having Zerorez do the cleaning and opting for a different provider.
Great service, let you known the process so you can be ready when the technician comes. Super friendly and knowledgeable technician. Did amazing work on our dingy carpet.

Our carpets looked great-and I forgot his name-but he was absolutely wonderful. Our carpets were cleaned on 10/14 @ 483 East Crown Ridge Road. He showed up exactly on time and did a really great job.

Did not come for the third cleaning until I called and then the personnels kept referring to my business as my home. I told them that we close at four PM and they did not show up until a little after three and then had to reschedule. The reschedule went good. The technician did a good job.
