It’sa beautiful job- cleaned the carpets almost like new!!

Very prompt and fast.

I was the person that put in the initial order, yet your technician never contacted me about doing any upgrades. He sold every upgrade possible to my elderly mother who didn't understand and then hit her with a bill over $2,100 when we were expecting a bill around $500.

Your tech was great. He told me what he would do to get the carpet clean and answered all of my questions. He did a great job and that was so appreciated. Give Sam a raise!!!

Tristen was very polite and likeable. He was a very hard worker. I'm just not sure why my stairs are dirtier after the cleaning than they were before. This company is supposed to have this super fantastic machine that sucks up dirt and water so much better than the other companies. It seems that when the stairs were done, the dirty water was just coming back onto the stairs. I would appreciate it if someone could come and re-clean the stairs. It would not be good if it takes more than a few days for someone to come and re-clean the stairs. I can't put my carpet runners back on until the stairs are clean and dry. That means my hallway will be getting dirty while I wait for someone to come back. I have been told by your technician on a previous visit that my carpet is just old and stained. Well I disagree with that comment because after they leave, I can hand scrub the very same carpet and it comes clean. I have found that the techs like to go over a carpet 2 times and call it good. Well, sometimes there are heavier dirt tracks or areas that need more in order to come clean. It is really bad to have to smell wet carpet. It is even worse if you have to smell dirty wet carpet. I have been wiling to give Zerorez several chances, but I just can't see paying so much money to not have clean carpets when you leave. I understand the difference between a stain and dirt. I expect the dirt to be gone when you guys leave. I think I'm going to regret paying the extra money for the teflon protectant instead of the water based protectant. Basically that is sealing in any dirt residue that did not get removed with your service. Now it will definitely be harder for me to clean the dirt that your machine did not remove. Maybe your machines are getting old or your dirty tank was too full and couldn't get as good suction. Maybe your stair tool isn't quite as efficient as the floor tool. Or maybe people just don't want to spend the time it takes to do the job right. Of course, when everything is wet and we aren't walking on the carpet, you can't really see the areas that aren't really clean. But once it is dry and we can walk around and see the areas that are still dirty, it is very disappointing. After paying as much money as I paid, I would expect my carpet to be clean. Please come and clean my stairs and hall so I can put my carpet runners back on.

When you’re done, do a quick walk through with the client to make sure if stains are left, that they know you did everything you could to get it up. I rubbed a stain that I saw after ZR left and I was pulling stain up with just a cloth.

Work was done quickly and team was courteous, but they did not do a good job of cleaning. While the carpets are cleaner than they were, there are still dirty marks all over that were apparently missed, or were just rushed over too quickly.

You’ve done our carpets twice. Each time, I’ve had to call you to come back because of pet spots that were still visible. My service included pet treatment. For as much as I’ve spent, this shouldn’t be an issue.

Technician CHRIS was a true pro and a really nice guy---friendly, professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, caring, etc. My really dirty carpet looks brand new now. It does not smell like detergent or chemicals---and it feels clean. And the price was better than Stanley Steemer.

Fast and thoroughly done!

The technician took great care to keep my floors dry (it was raining) and to protect my wall corners. He did a great job all over, but especially on my stairs where the hand truck left black marks when we moved in to our home. I am very satisfied and happy to have clean carpets.

Wish we had tried ZeroRez years ago! We love the end result! We have our own carpet cleaner and have tried to save money for years by using it but it doesn’t even come close to the job that ZeroRez does! I just wish their up-selling wasn’t so prominent in the whole process and the stain guard wasn’t so expensive.

I was not called 30 minutes beforehand or at all, to let me know the technician was on his was. The day before we were promised a call. The technician did a great job cleaning the carpets. He was friendly and informative.

Because my wife is handicapped we had some special requests that the employees were very happy to provide during their service call.
