A three year old builder grade carpet looks as good as day one and smells great! Our carpet was dry in about 2 hours and all our furniture is back in place. We will use Zerorez every time!!!

The grout of several floor tiles were discolored after the process; even after waiting the designated time, the master bedroom carpet was very damp well into the evening which causes me to believe it was overdone.

Nice worker who took time to clean carpets instead of rushing as fast as possible.
Polite and curteous worker who made sure corners of walls were not chipped with cleaning equipment.
