The minimums are absolutely ridiculous. Getting charged over $100 for less than 30 minutes worth of work is highway robbery.
Your company was highly recommended by my friends (Eric and Heidi meidenbauer). It was easy to set the appt up and confirmation was easy. Pricing was noted up front. The young man (Tallon) who cleaned our carpet was prompt, professional and very helpful in explaining costs of add ons without trying to be pushy. Asael was the technician who cleaned my carpets on 3/13/24. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He took his time to work on stains my carpet had which I really appreciated. He is the best technician I have had here since I started using Zerorez. I would prefer to have him clean my carpets in the future. First name removed

The technician arrived on time. He was very friendly and still professional. My carpets are over 5 years old and they looked like new after the cleaning. He also cleaned my tile and grout. They also looked like new. The carpet dried much faster than I expected.
The service was excellent and Bryan explained everything in details and was great. My carpet feels like new after the cleaning. Drying time was around 5 hours to all the rooms. Definitely will use them again. Great job!

My spot I called in after the initial 3 room clean was not the techs fault, I did not adequately describe its nature and age. When Ethan came out and diligently tried ...... it came back from the under carpet. Called you again .... this time smarter and Danny did some "level2" stuff.....wow, still some stain but not as obvious.
Absolutely recommend both techs. I should have been clearer on the stain and age.

Teach technicians to take off shoe covers when going to van. Only wear shoe cover in customers house.

Will and his associate were great. All options were clearly explained to me. They worked efficiently and included me in the process. Most importantly, the carpet and furniture were cleaned as expected.
I always use ZeroRez - I have white area rugs and they always come out beautifully. The tech is on time and careful when removing and replacing the rugs. The price is fair and I don't worry about my cats being exposed to chemicals. Thanks, First name removed
