Did a nice job cleaning my Travertine

The gentleman did a superb job in all 3 rooms and tile. He was friendly and gave us helpful tips with some pet stains.
Carpets come out very clean and dry fast
This was my second time getting a cleaning on my carpets. The first time it was fabulous, but the second time was not what I was expecting. This time I had less room to clean, and while I had a great discount for the protection that I got, the cleaning was not done correctly or properly. Now, I can understand stains, however, leaving a section dirty as you can feel the dirtiness on that section of the carpet as it was not clean correctly. I initially recommended Services as the first time that I had my services were pretty awesome , but I’m afraid I cannot recommend moving forward as how I was completed. It will be great if it can be redone on the section where it’s dirty. I had not had the time to submit my feedback earlier as I had surgery this past week. Thank you.

The technician was very professional and explained every aspect of the process. The technician is polite and courteous, he very helpful helping us move furniture around.
The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was professional and did a good job. However, I was very disappointed to see that once the carpets dried that many of the pet urine stains that I thought were corrected resurfaced. It was a lot of money for me to spend and I don’t know that the results I got were worth it, unfortunately.
Our tech, Lee, came for an estimate but wound up doing the job right then because the price was so affordable! He was quick and efficient and our tile floors look brand new!! I have already recommended Zerorez to 3 of my friends and I hope they follow through; they will be delighted with their results!
The representative, Angel, was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Our carpets and area rug look amazing and smell so fresh.

Professional, carpets look and smell great.
Excellent work done - as always! Techs are polite, helpful and professional. We have used Zerorez for many years. Never would use any other carpet cleaners since the first cleaning by Zerorez. Carpets are soft and clean, clean, clean!

I already completed a survey, but I’ll do it again. You recently cleaned our stairs and my wife isn’t pleased at all. She felt the person cleaning the stairs rushed through the 2 flights in 10-15 minutes and left. There was also a minor stain, but a stain nonetheless left untreated. My wife cleaned it after your guy left. Just not very happy with your service.
If you’re interested in making it right, I suggest offering to clean them again or returning our nearly $200.
