The two men that did the service were very knowledgeable and polite. ( I think it was Bobby and Joey). The carpets came out very well. However, I have a big urine stain and they were honest up front that they couldn't get it out. Guess I will have to get it patched. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez and the service was just as good the second time as it was the first. The technicians are so personable and thorough. I was told that there was a two hour window and was called shortly before the tech arrived. The tech was there at the very time they said. I will use zerorez again and again. I have even recommended them to friends.
