Technician wasn't looking for ways to upsell. In addition, when he noticed we had a dog, he didn't try to upcharge and say the house would smell like a wet dog. Price was as stated. Zerorez did the best carpet cleaning job and carpets weren't soaked and didn't take long to dry!

I wasn't dissatisfied with my old carpet cleaners but heard the ad on 104.7 the FISH and Taylor was bragging about how clean her carpet came after Zerorex cleaned her them. I cannot believe the difference. You were able to get out stains that I thought would never come out. Thanks

Albert and partner did a great job basically re-installing the carpet in the Den...looks like new....The cleaning or the carpets was done very professionally...they have been down quite awhile. the are very clean, too smell and touch.
