The crew did q great job. In and out in no time. Several spots I thought wouldn't come up did - even wax out of carpet! Carpet was dry in a few hours. Life/house back to normal same day AND I have new looking carpet!

The crew that came to my house was very professional and respectful. There were several pet stains and they were able to get all the stains out. The carpets look great and the house smells wonderful.

I have been a Zerorez customers for years and very happy with the process. My only complaint on this cleaning was that the carpet was left damper than it has ever been in past cleanings and took twice as long to dry as in the past. Not sure if was the truck equipment or the operator, but there was big difference from previous applications.

I thought you got our carpets very clean- I've never seen them look that clean, and we've used Chem Dry several times in the past. We've got a toddler and a baby arriving in a couple of weeks, so it was very important to me that we use a non-toxic, all-natural cleaner. I'm very pleased.

We had (3) rooms, stairs and hallway cleaned. All around the carpets were rejuvenated. Hard to get stains which were dark due to old soap build-up were instantly removed. The service was amazing. The carpets are clean and they do not stain easily after cleaned like other companies.

I like the minimum use of water, the fact that your not using soaps and excess chemicals in the cleaning process, and the fact your using water/steam delivered above 200 degrees to kill germs,and molds a major plus. My nose and sinus thank you.

Additionally, the minimum use of water and how it is delivered makes drying time significantly less.
